We are a collective of power house wellness coaches that have fought and walked through the trenches through our own health and wellness journey and are now prepared to serve you with an array of skills & cutting edge modalities [see below]. We integrate all of our teachings within all of our events so you can receive a truly holistic experience. From Paleo prepared meals, Wim Hof inspired breath work, cold plunges, to sunrise & sunset yoga flows. Our retreats & events are infused with love, compassion, and selflessness and are always member focused.

däZEN events are created with your deepest needs & wants in mind. We have come to the table and dissected what has worked in our own transformation journeys and brought them into the collective.

YOGA

Yoga takes one into the present moment, the only place where life exist. It is about clearing away anything that is in us that prevents us from living fully in our most authentic self. With yoga, we can become aware of how and where we are restricted-in body, mind, and heart- and how to gradually open and release those blockages. As these are cleared our energy is freed and flows more easily. We start to feel more in harmony and one with ourselves. We begin to flow more rhythmically with our lives.

Taking care of our bodies is a large component of self-care, but it doesn’t have to include a vigorous exercise routine. The key to self-care is it should be something you enjoy, and not feel like an obligation.

 
 

BREATH WORK

Becoming recognized more and more as a powerful healing modality, breath work, simply put, is the practice of mastering our mental, physical and even spiritual well being through the mastery of the breath.

Through conscious manipulation of our breath, it is shown that we can drastically reduce stress, anxiety, and fear, as well increase energy, vitality, boost the immune system and even release trauma.

WELLNESS COACHING

The Institute of Integration Nutrition defines a health coach as “a supportive mentor who helps clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes and personalized, one-on-one encouragement.”

The term “coach” is used frequently in sports or even the financial world. It is that individual that is in your corner guiding you, providing the education & resources, and motivating you to obtain & reach your goals, whatever those may be.

WELLNESS EVENTS & RETREATS

Providing the tools, modalities, and education for life transformations via workshops, events, and retreats around the world. The tribe is dedicated to assisting in bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Each event will provide a truly holistic experience which may include [but not limited to] Paleo inspired meals, yoga, multiple in depth breath work practices, sound bath/sound healing, cold plunges, embodiment workshops, Health Coaching, guided meditations, sacred fires, guided hikes/excursions, and beyond.
